I remember when they built the place mid 70s

it was the posh new place at the edge of town, so I've lived long enough to see a complete cycle of buildings.

Feel free to correct my memories on this.

I usually have a cinnamon bun at Bollo's on Sunday morning - one of two days they sell those - on Draper. If you ignore that silver thingy dance studio a quiet Sunday morning looking out on Draper reminds me of the 'burg in the 70s.
